ST. PAUL, Minn. (January 2, 2018) – Junior Hannah Norlin (Litchfield, Minn./Litchfield) was named the women's basketball UMAC Player of the Week after leading the Yellowjackets in scoring and rebounding in back-to-back games, all while being named to the Wartburg Holiday All-Tournament Team.

Superior took part in Wartburg Holiday Tournament Dec. 29 and 30, taking on a two ranked teams in host Wartburg, and Gustavus Adolphus. In the first game, Norlin dropped 20 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and blocked one shot. In the following consolation game against Gustavus, Norlin scored 15 points, had seven rebounds, and blocked yet another shot.

Norlin increased her season averages to 12.1 points, and steadied her rebounds to 7.8 over the two games, and will look to continue the good run against Crown College this Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 7:30 p.m.
